Blowout?

Got a tattoo today on the side of my wrist. It peaks/wraps around so you can see it on the top and bottom. The bottom (my actual wrist) the lines I have noticed have blurred. And like doubled. It’s a spider and the other side (top of wrist) of its legs are still a thin and sharp. I’ve never experienced such and I have so many tattoos.. is this an artist error?
